Odd Thomas

I don't usually read Dean Koontz, but I liked this book a lot. The pacing and characters are folksy, but the sense of impending doom keeps growing and making the story increasingly creepy without too much gore (though there is some -- gentle readers, beware).

I love Odd Thomas. I've read all the books in the series. Odd is a hero easy to love. His character is amazingly naive and gentle. In spite of all the violence around him he lives with the eternal hope that the next time it will be different.

Amazing. I love this book and Odd is the most wonderful male character I have ever had the pleasure of reading about. Koontz does a fantastic job of writing a compelling, page-turning novel that allows every reader to be on the edge of their seat. I would recommend this book to just about anyone.

Really enjoyed this book and now I'm so excited because I found out that's it's a series and there are 2 more! Yay!
