Wow, what an excellent book! It was MUCH better than Willis' Lincoln's Dreams, which I also thought was great. I loved the humor, the facts, and the flow of the book. It was easy to read and get into, and hard to put down.The ending was very satisfactory and rich for me, I've been thinking about it all day since I finished it. The more I read Connie Willis, the more I like her. Pluses are moments of hilarity, fun prose style, and overall interesting ideas. Some minuses for me (in general about her writing, not just this book), details that verge on exhausting regarding the backgrounds of her books, and specifically for Bellwether, seems like very little is at stake.
