This book while a conclusion to the series is still a cliffhanger! Arg! What fun to read though.

As far as I'm concerned, everything after book 3 is unnecessary, and not worth the read... Asimov got sillier the older he got. :p

It is book 5 of a series. I just finished it last year and I started the series about 20 years ago. By far this is the best series I have ever read. It leaves Star wars in the dust. If I could ever make a movie series like the Matrix or Star Wars... it would be this series. Easily this series was Asimov's greatest works. A testament to his genius.

Isaac Asimov is a master of science fiction, and with his Foundation series, he shows himself to be a master of future history as well.
