I had high hopes through out the first two books that all the crappy things that kept happening to the poor kid would turn around for him at the end, but no. Every other character had some to a lot of development that helped them to evolve before your eyes, but I could never stop thinking of Fitz as anything other than a 15y old! His character went through hell but stayed the same throughout. This series is one big depressing disappointment.   hide

I loved this book, just as I loved its predecessors.

I have to finish this because I haven't done dishes or cooked a real meal in the last 2 weeks! lol... REALLY good book (in my humble opinion) :o)

It had a good story, but it ended abruptly left me wanting more out of it.

Great last part of an amazing trilogy. This last book is rather different from the other two. It starts off really dark and depressing, but then unfolds so many other storylines and information that puts the other books into a new light. I absolutely loved to read it, such an amazing story...

Took me a while to get through it but really got gripping towards the end.
