The Scorpio Illusion

Great twists and turns, keeps you on your toes the entire time. More of an action book that is written to go by like a movie, and not enough character development - I read quickly because I wanted to know the next plot twist, not because I had fallen in love with the characters.

Fast paced, yes, but too much slaughter far too often for my taste, and reads as if the author has one eye on the movie adaptation rather than the reader.
