Its amazing how good Robin Hobb's FIRST books are. Like the first book it starts out a little slower, and the momentum seams to pick up with every chapter. The end is like a shock wave. Awesome reading.

The second novel in the Assassin series is one of the best novels I've ever read. I couldn't put this one down.
