'A Feast for crows' keeps the high level of GRRM's previous three books of the series. Despite the silence about some characters from the previous books, this lake is well filled with some new enriching characters from the common people.
An interesting shift away from the grandeur of the first three books. Getting to know the smallfolk - whilst a bitter pill at times - colours the world in much greater depth (if that's even possible).
Another masterful work.
It's hard to care about any of these characters ... or what's left of them. After a fantastic first couple of books to the series, I don't think I'll be finishing it.
Loved the entire series, am rereading the series as I type this and am sure I reread it again in the future. You don't want to miss this facsinating trilogy!
