I believe this was the first Dean Koontz book I read, and what a book! I couldn't put it down. Unitl I got to the middle, when it got so scary, I had to close it.
I haven't enjoyed all of the Dean Koontz books I've read since this one but I like about half the books.
This one was an all-time favourite.
I really liked this book. Once I opened it I couldn't put it down. It keeps a fast pace and has a lot of twists and turns. It is great because he really pulls you into the characters. You know so much about the killer and what he is thinking that it starts to get a little creepy. Definitely a page turner.
I've read several Dean Koontz books now and I've found that they're all a lot alike.
If she got back into that motorhome one more time after seeing her best friend's whole family killed, it would have been somewhat unbelievable. What I enjoy about Dean Koontz books is understanding the personality of the killer. This killer was exceptional. Very good reading.
