I think Iris may be losing her touch. I've been reading the Eve Duncan series for years, but this installments characters are wooden, and I don't feel sympathetic to their dilemmas. Also, Eve's one-word "Bonnie" mantra that is the answer to anything and everything is just too pat - too convenient. I am actually having a hard time finishing it...

I love the Eve Duncan character and i was happy to see her back....i am looking forward to the next one. i didnt like the end to much, kind of left things hanging..

Can't get enough of Montalvo.  I'll be looking for more Eve Duncan books for sure!
