Gone

Second Lisa Gardner book I've read. Liked the other one (Alone) better. Worthwhile, though.

In the good news department, the suspense was enough to keep me reading. In all, an o.k. read. One cool thing I found is that the author invites readers to participate in the making of her upcoming books through a sweepstakes called KILL A FRIEND, MAIM A BUDDY. Here the winners get to choose the name of a victim for the next book.

Worth reading

Ok, first off I have to admit I cheated on this book. I had the book on CD. I took it with me on a long drive, that said...this book was a good book. Nothing great, but nothing to terrible either. I did go through the discs if only to find out the ending. I havn't really read any of Ms. Gardner's other works, but this particular novel seems very "Wal-Mart"ish.
