This book has so much potential, but was really disappointing in the end. The characters were so underdeveloped, I was aching for more honesty, the main character completely ignored the obvious to the point of frustration. Finally, the wrap up occurred in light speed and could have slowed down a bit.

The book is certainly interesting, but I'm hoping that the Rowland can take her creativity...more

Quick, fast, sexy urban fantasy / police mystery with a bit of delightfully delicious southern charm.   Fun, light reading, if sometimes dark in content.
