I loved this book even though it made me cry, my father was deaf and it brought back lots of feelings, including guilt at feeling embarrassed.

Fantastic biography of a hearing boy growing up as the son of two deaf parents. Tender and sad at the same time.

I love the stories about CODA (child of deaf adult). Myron reminded me of Abababa. Check Abababa Road tour. http://www.abababatour.com/

This is such a sensitive view of a hearing child born to deaf parents. I highly recommend it.

Nice story.. I found myself feeling for this boy who was so responsible for so much at such a young age. I also wish I had the opportunity to know my father the way he knew his.. that is truly a gift.
