I've always been curious about mixed drinks and cocktails. So when I saw this book in The Good Cook cookbook club I snapped it up. Exactly as advertised, a book that teaches you the basics of how to mix, organized 350 drinks in to some sensible categories, and then gives you the actual recipes to go try. Oh, and you get an introductory chapter on the history of mixed drinks.
