Great review of mid to late 20th century trials! Including Menendez brothers, Claus Von.., M. Moxely, and OJ. Really interesting when you can remember them yourself!

A fascinating look at some high profile American trials. this book reminds those of us that work in the profession why people hate defence lawyers. This extraordinary perspective comes to us courtesy of a master of narrative, and from the point of view of someone who has lost a loved one to violence. This book keeps me grounded and never lets me lose sight of the victims.

I love Dominic Dunnes writing. I always look forward to his candid commentary in his Vanity Fair columns, and the book didn't disappoint. A look at the more famous, celebrity crimes from the recent past. Interesting insight from a man who has a personal connection to tragedy and the way the justice system works for those that are privledged.
