more While still a good play, compared to Miller's other plays, A View From the Bridge lacks a certain personal connection that I usually feel when I read or see his plays. There are alot of debatable issues within a very short play. Originally, it was suppose to be in one act. The issue of written law versus unwritten law is played out very well in the play, but the relationship between Catharine and her uncle is a murky issue. Overall, it's an okay play.
