amazing.contains all the elements of the perversity of human nature inc sexual domination/rape, fear, voyeurism, pain, the ramblings and conflicts of the human mind when confronted with situations that it cannot control or manipulate. had low expectations on starting the book, but King's ability to capture the readers imagination very soon won me over.
