This book is an unintended social commentary about bullying. It's not scary, but still intersting.

it kept my attention on it throughout the entire book. it was interesting and the end would NOT allow me to put it down. i loved it.

As a young reader, I enjoy Stephen King's Carrie. I made a speech on Stephen King and have been interested in reading his works ever since I read the first 2 pages of It. However I was advised against reading his novels because of their focus on the adult audience and impact. I already know the plot line of Carrie and picked this up at the library for a summer read. As a young reader, I enjoy Stephen King's Carrie. I made a speech on Stephen King and have been interested in reading his works ever since I read the first 2 pages of It. However I was advised against reading his novels because of their focus on the adult audience and impact. I already know the plot line of Carrie and picked this up at the library for a summer read. I would recommend this selection with caution to the interested younger readers who can't resist Stephen King's rep as an author.   hide

It's interesting... It's about a poor girl who her mother is insane, Carrie has some kind of mental powers but she's not only shy but everybody at her school make jokes about her, but they don't know what's going to happen to them after their last joke during their graduation ball...
