The first Boynton book my oldest daughter loved and still one of her favorites. She can "read" it to me even though she can't read yet.

One of Angeli's fav! With the easy & catchy rhymes, she can read almost the whole book already!

Boynton is a genius. Her texts have a lyric quality that suggest songs. On occasion, she includes songs in the text, requiring impromptu singing when reading for the first time. I've heard recorded versions, but mine (obviously) are better. These are fantastic bedtime books.
