Just finished this book last night. This is my second book by the same author and I am definitely seeing a trend in her plot lines...controversial law case, focused attorney with a love interest, and surprise ending. Not as good as "My Sister's Keeper" but very engaging. It took me a little time to get into this book but once I was about 1/2 way through I was hooked! Interesting information about the Amish Community and enjoyed the scenes during the trial.   hide

Plain truth was a great book. If you like reading amish books. you will like this one also. This is more of a amish mystery. It was different then most of my amish books I read by different authors but it was still a great book. It lets you into the amish world which to me is very fasinating.

Another wonderful read by Jodi Picoult!
