This book taught me that it's never too late to try and rebuild what once was broken. To go for it even if you're scared. Perhaps most importantly it reminded me to trust in people and in myself.

This book is so touching. If anyone's read Douglas Coupland's earlier work you will see that his best talents come together in a cohesive piece here. I have been a big fan of Coupland's for about ten years and though his earlier stuff was more raw and real, this read was extremely enjoyable with just enough of the raw and real to be satisfying.
