Any fan of his Classic Hollywood screen plays, will enjoy his award winning short stories... One of America's Greatest Writers

After having to read "Barn Burning" and "A Rose For Emily" about 10 times as an Undergrad I decided to explore what else Faulkner had to offer.  A nice and diverse collection of material and is definitely a good read for those who don't want to commit to the lengthy and often dense novels.

Faulkner is really thick and I am way past his writing time frame. I need a commentary or take a class on this guy because he is way confusing. Reading this book makes you feeling you are slogging it out on the trail of tears.
