I agree with the previous reviews; this is perhaps the most complete history you will find on the Revolution. This is also one of the most well constructed, and unbiased histories you will ever read.

Good, easy reading by a real historian. But there's one problem here, the propaganda factor. Pipes had misunderstood his mission. He's just to eager to make us think what he thinks. Even if you probably do think like he does, you'll find the whole thing tiresome
