Surprisingly good book. Would never have guessed how it develops from where it starts.

My first go round with Philip K. Dick, but it won't be my last.

I'm writing this right now and I just love how PKD leaves so much space for the reader's mind to fill in. He also attempts difficult writing tasks, for instance, having a main character that repeatedly passes out, hallucinates, and has blocks of his memory erased. A complex tale + an easy-to-read writing style = excellent work!
