The Man in the High Castle

So good it is rather hard to believe it was written by the same person

I'm mostly a fan of PKD for his short work, but this was brilliant. It's alternative, alternative history...and a must read for fans of literature and science fiction. (By that I mean a fan of both. If you're just a fan of one or the other, consider this an optional read.)

A genuine work of art. The late 20th century has been dominated by Suburban Whitebread Fiction ... even Dick dabbled in it ... but any Philip K. Dick character is worth a 100 Owen Meanys.

I've read this book many times over the last 28 years and it gets better every time.
