East, West: Stories

Probably the best collection of short stories from a single author I have ever read. Not only do they beautifullly illustrate the cultural tensions Rushdie has no doubt experience in his own life, but they bring them to life for the reader. The stories work well together to create a brillant tapestry when read together.

A sensible Trevelling book.

Have to read this one again.

Collection of short stories by one of my favorite authors. Any fan of Star Trek should check out "Chekov and Zulu."

Salman Rushdie's storytelling is absolutely mesmerising. East, West is a fabulous book.

It is absolutely amasing.
