My 6th grade teacher read a chapter to us everyday. I absolutely love this book, I'm so reading this to my children. The main character was a 7th grader, and I felt such a connection to this story, which tells me today that Spinelli did a great job with the characters (the story is told from the boy's perspective). It's a great one.
