I think it is an interesting study, but I think Durkheim's approach to the topic is somewhat inappropriate.

An amazingly brilliant sociological study. Although I wasn't interested in the topic (suicide) when I started the book, Durkheim is captivating in his reasoning, sociological research, and writing. An excellent book that any socially literate person should read.
