One of those books which would end you up in splits....U can truly understand the meaning of the acronym 'ROFL'..I certainly did while reading this book...A satire on management in India, this book could be a very handy reference guide for all managers & even layman for that matter...The book encompasses all the essentials of management like decision making, training, induction, recruitment, etc....
more One of those books which would end you up in splits....U can truly understand the meaning of the acronym 'ROFL'..I certainly did while reading this book...A satire on management in India, this book could be a very handy reference guide for all managers & even layman for that matter...The book encompasses all the essentials of management like decision making, training, induction, recruitment, etc. The author with his unique 'sarcastic' style blasts all the Indian managers for their inefficiencies, incompetency & brings down the sophisticated veil they seem to be wearing....A book which was written in the 1970's but I feel is quite relevant in today's time too....I guess, an aspiring manager can give the Kotlers & Druckers of the world a miss, but should read this 130 page book to be an efficient manager...And yes a word of appreciation for our very own R. K. Laxman who has illustrated the book with his cartoons.....A must read for all book lovers..A management based book was never so interesting...There are few books (especially non-fiction) which gives u a hearty laugh & this is one at the top for sure...
