great sci-fi/future dystopia book. raises many issues of what it is to be human, much like the film does.

A moving book where I don't really like the resolution so much but the focus on empathy and fellow feeling I really like. I also like the book because of the books emphasis on the importance of empathy as an essential human trait that is neglected in the modern world.

I just so happened to find this book in a $4 bargain bin at a book shop. I picked it up and broight it on a whim. It introduced me to the works of Philip K Dick, now one of my favourite authors. Totally prefer the book over the movie, and i really like the film.

The Book is nothing like the movie (surprise) I loved the movie and I love the book.  Both are great but have very little in common.  A great read, I strongly recommend.
