creepy!  The remake of the movie (not Jack Niocholson) was very good!

I had seen the film before this, and was very interested in reading the book. To my surprise, both are completely different in tone. Though both are scary as hell, they both explore different  subject matters. The book is great. And so is the film by Stanley Kubrick.
