Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone

Just love this young wizard, all his friends, and the most excellent adventures they get into.

I was part of my school newpaper as the book critic. I was always saying I would never get into the Harry Potter craze until the editor made me read the first three books during xmas vacation. I WAS HOOKED!

If I could give more stars I would. The UK versions of the whole series is better

1st year a boy of no importance to his family discovers hes a wisard and about to realise Hogwarts is his home

Have read it in American English, British English, and French. Think it is a nearly perfect children's book.
