I enjoyed it, although Anita's chasteness and literal pursuit by all sorts of people can start to seem tiresome. Yes, she's scarred, but how much can she keep getting away with? Certainly she's more likeable when she has doubts and lust.
So, it's sexy, dangerous and the picture of a world where tolerance is only state-invoked but not truly there is good. It's getting more 'soapy' with Anita's love-life, but boyf trouble is something to add to our petite killer's 'humanity'.
I'll keep reading them, you DO want to know what happens next. I preferred the old format though- nice covers and easier to fit in a bag!
