Invasive Procedures

Card is expanding his genres, which is awesome! This first medical thriller/sci-fi is intriguing the whole way through and fast-paced by the halfway point. It has great character development, as Card always has.

Thought provoking and challenging, what if there was a virus that could be used to cure genetic diseases?

Mostly written by a different author (co-credited) from a movie script collaborated on by Card. Deceptive in the billing of the authors, definitely not worth buying.

Very predictable but a good read.

Sophomoric writing, not too sure about the story either.

Very interesting / timely premise, good writing, but it didn't "wow" me like I hoped it would. Still a very good read, though.

Gripping sci-fi that combines who-done-it, with genetics and AI. Predictable romance and villans but a nice read, none the less. Bought it for a trans-Atlantic flight and left it in France for some other bored soul.
