This book itself is enough to keep you enthralled for days (depending on how fast you read) and longer when you read the rest of the series. They say to never judge a book by its cover and the only reason i picked this up at a flea market is because it LOOKED like a good book. And i must be smart cause it was.   hide

If you like suspense in your fantasy books, this has tons to spare. By the time you learn the answer to the first secret, you're already too interested in the next one to care.

Very good book has all the elements I look for, author has a great way of bringing together the characters

Absolutely fantastic book! Sara Douglass is a master story teller. I will definitely read the rest of the series!
