Way before the iPod and iPhone, there was the triumphant return of Steve Jobs to Apple, and the subsequent roll out of the first iMacs and the resurgence of Apple. This is the story of how Jobs was first ousted, then created NeXT, acquired Pixar, and negotiated the deal of the century to return to Apple. Amazing.

Loved it. Some people wish for things, other people are born with the drive to make them happen.

I rarely read non-fiction, but I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Jobs wasn't crucified, nor was he idolized. I felt it was a fair account of one of the most interesting figures in the tech business, and there is plenty of great history within the text. You don't have to be an Apple fan to enjoy this book.

Interesting story of Steve Jobs. It focused a lot more on his involvement in Pixar than I had expected. Even though it is an unauthorized biography, it gives you a fascinating insight into a guy who is a brilliant innovator, while also being an incredible egomaniac.
