I enjoyed this book, there are many out there no doubt on influence, negotiating etc, and must admit this wasnt anything new or break through, but the unique style of 101 examples and scenarios made it stick more when thinking of actual negotiating situations , so retention within the book is more and re-enforces good negotiating principles Waseem www.InternetRichesMentor.com
