Nothing really particularly novel in this book, more of a pep talk for women insecure with their workplace status.

This is a good, motivational book. It really gave me a lot to think about in terms of my own career. I liked it but I didn't like the indirect idea that the author worships her work. It's a good, motivational book. It gave me a lot to think about in terms of my own career. The part I don't like is towards the end where the author basically indirectly reveals that she worships her work.
