I loved this book! I read it with my book club and others didn't like it so much but I found it humorous and light - just what I needed!

By the time I was done with this book, I personally wanted to slap the author, whom I found to be self-absorbed, selfish and totally irritating. This should have been a "fun" travelogue, instead, I found the author so annoying that I was relieved to finish it. Cute book! Great sense of humor and reminds me of myself, if I had to live on a bus with my husband and dog for a year.

kept me very entertained...nice light read good drink recipes too!

Fun read but nothing special.

While not my favorite memoir, this book had me laughing out loud. Doreen's sense of humor is similar to my own, which I definitely appreciated. Almost made me want to jump in a bus and travel the country myself. I said "almost."
