i am always taken by all those real life stories. Even the best fiction is not as touching as the story written by life. I guess it's the fact that I know it really happened? This one is beautiful love story. Full of all types of life experiences, but it's still book about love.

I was touched by so many parts of this book. Was this a love story, a book about illness, caregiving, parenting, step parenting, our relationship with our parents, or grief? All of them. I lost a husband to chronic illness. The chapters and passages discussing this were so true to life, I re-lived those moments as if they were yesterday.
