A good thriller. A perfect read when on vacation. It has a good psychological twist and the heroin is very interesting. Plus, the background information on north american indian cultures adds a lot to the story.
I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed the other Jane Whitefield novel I'd read. This is the first (?) in the series; I'd read a later one. This one got a bit cheesy at the end, but otherwise a fine book.
I love this series, somewhat mystic, somewhat fun. I first "read" this book by hearing an audio book of this story. Then I bought it. So different from your run of the mill murder mystery or adventure novel.
