Great descriptions of how to make whole wheat bread products. My only problem is that I have to learn to apply everything she writes about to two additional complicating factors aside from whole grain: I want to use 100% natural starter for the rising agent and I would like to soak the flour of my baked goods to access maxium nutritional value.
