A gripping read of a real-life environmental fight. I cannot oversell how entertaining and enlightening this book is, with the one critique that it maybe holds up its protagonists to a bit of a pedestal, which, considering the battle they undertook, is probably not all that wrong-headed. Highly recommended.

It is a great biographical story of one heroic woman's fight to save some of our rare fine feathered friends. The founder of the beautiful Belize Zoo is standing her ground in a land built against her. GREAT story!
