Love his books.

I thought it had lot of good ideas, but was less than stimulating.

How many water metaphors can one book use? I don't know, this arid book left my brain so dry that I couldn't paddle down the river of pages to its end . Really bad book, I should've drenched it in the local river.

this is nice, easy reading for when the heart is heavy, mind is tired. it is lighthearted and shows a kind, compassionate and merciful God, who loves an imperfect people. the only criticizm I have is that like some other Christian books, it can oversimplify.
