Unfortunately I live what this book is all about right now but I plan to change that as quickly as possible. Texas is the number one bad example in this anti-sprawl handbook. Unfortunately I live the title of this book right now but someday I WILL change that!

For those interested in suburban sprawl and community planning/design, this is a must read. I have read it three times over the past 6 years and it never seems to get boring. The authors combine wisdom with wit to write a logical and compelling argument against the current status quo of new development of single use communities on green fields.
