En Pulp hay chicas marcianas y un detective que anda detrás de ellas. Una novela negra bastante atípica. No paras de reirte, gracias a la asombrosa capacidad de Bukowski para estructurar diálogos. Veloces, sorpresivos y potentes como un shot de tequila derecho.

You absolutely must read this book. That's all there is to it. It was the last novel Bukowski wrote before his death and Charlie B knew the end was nigh. In spite of, or maybe because of this perspective he has balanced his style of humor with more serious themes of mortality--but in a way strictly characteristic of Mr. B. Lady Death, personified, comes for him and she is a piece of work.

Excellent and funny crime novel, where Henry Chinaski is again on duty. One of Bukowski's best!

A fast read. Funny, yet slightly depressing.

An unusual book from Bukowski...kind of a hopeless outlook on his life. Fitting for his last novel before his death.
