A very clear, analytical, not provocative, not liberal or political (unlike Dawkins' work) philosophical oeuvre. Excellent, and undeniable.

This is probably the best and most thorough philosophical defense of atheism I've ever read. Martin does an excellent job of taking both the traditional and contemporary arguments for God's existence to task. This is an advanced philosophy book that takes on the analytic defense of theism. Well worth a read so long as you're comfortable with symbolic logic. If you're not you will still...more

Great to understand the spectrum of philosophical arguments on atheism vs theism. Not very down to earth, which is what happens when you gotta deal with the metaphysical mess of theology.
