Excellent book about food for those who are big fans of ACIM. Highly recommend it to all ACIM groups. Not sure if non-ACIM readers will understand it much but give it a try and maybe you will look at food in a whole new light :)

Great book, although I trust many people would find the ideas innovative in terms of food, they are very much accurate in terms of letting go of negativity and shedding food related obsessions. Enjoy!
