This is a great book on carnivorous plants!  I don't know if there are any other books on the subject, but this is a great book.

This is an excellent growing guide for carnivorous plants.  It covers the various species with their most notable subspecies in depth; venus flytraps, American pitcher plants, butterworts, bladderworts, sundews and more.  The pictures are beautiful.  Reading about the natural environments and histories of these plants is surprisingly entertaining.
