Really liked this book, I felt like I got some real insight into working in a professional kitchen, along with going to the countryside and learning the basics of family-taught techniques.
A good book, a little dry in some areas and Im not sure I wanted to hear the parts about Mario Batali but at least it showed him in the light of being a person, not as a pretentious celebrity.
