It brought to light a new way to see Yeshu. How he struggled with his human self and showed even more his power to love and how much he sacrificed for us.
I liked the way she worked the bible stories into her story and how fresh it was as well a plausible. Interesting!
I want to know how many priest Anne interviewed to get inside the head of Christ the Man. I could see where it had to end but could not have drawn a straighter or more sure path straight to the heart. The funny parts of the human-ness of Jesus was just enough to keep the story real. An excellent book from beginning to end!

Loved Anne Rice's witches chronicles.... can't believe it's the same author! As much as she was able to put me on edge with the witches, she was able to create the opposite extreme of Christ's calmness in this story. Want to read her biography soon.
